About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Director to lead our regional operations, driving growth and excellence in member experience. This is a leadership opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and enhance day-to-day operations across multiple locations, fostering a positive member experience and streamlining processes for improved efficiency.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategic objectives, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing results.
  • Leadership: Lead multiple locations, manage diverse priorities, and execute complex objectives simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
  • Analytics and Improvement: Analyze financial and non-financial results to identify opportunities for improvement within your portfolio, driving informed decision-making.
  • Financial Management: Meet budgetary, cost, and financial objectives for each assigned location, effectively managing P&L and facilities.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the team to build, transform, and scale business operations across all facilities, driving growth and innovation.
  • Organizational Structure: Develop and maintain a well-coordinated, efficient organizational structure, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Mentorship and Development: Provide guidance and support to team members in their personal and professional development, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
  • Sustainability and Savings: Identify opportunities to improve budgets and savings, contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Facilities Liaison: Work closely with the Facilities team to monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless facility management.

Requirements:

  • Independence and Communication: Demonstrate ability to work independently while communicating effectively laterally and upwardly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills to navigate complex issues, communicate effectively, and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven project management experience, handling multiple projects with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a dynamic environment, managing work and delivering results under pressure.

  • Communication and Experience: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, along with business operations experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15-18 years of experience in hospitality, operations, or related fields, including customer service experience.
  • Management Experience: 7+ years of management experience, leading teams of individual contributors.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Hospitality, or other relevant fields preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
