As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for pet owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional greeting and assistance throughout their visit.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations on products and services that meet their requirements.
  • You will maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays, inventory, and stock levels.
  • You will manage pet spa appointments and services, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality experiences.
  • You will handle home delivery orders efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • You will stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotions, enabling you to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • You will process sales through our POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately and securely.
  • You will assist with stock management and perform opening/closing duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is highly valued.
  • A genuine passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet products is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and a strong team ethos are also essential qualities for this position.
  • Basic computer knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
