Job Title: Retail Training Manager

We are seeking a skilled trainer to spearhead learning and development initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for creating retail excellence by designing and delivering impactful training programs to frontline teams, with a focus on sales performance, customer experience, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service & experience, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—both in-person and virtual.
  • Hands-on experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems is a plus.

Success Factors:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  2. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
