Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced wedding professional to join our team. As a wedding head, you will be responsible for generating and closing business in the field of events and weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with weddings industry, especially destination weddings, weddings management, and wedding décor
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including discipline and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Maintaining good working relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations
  • Innovative and creative problem-solving, with the ability to distinguish your event from the competition
  • Knowledge of sales, BD, marketing, and operations, with excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work on short notice and adjust to changing priorities

Requirements:

  • Experience in the events and weddings industry, preferably as a wedding head or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of destination weddings, weddings management, and wedding décor
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Proven track record of success in sales, BD, marketing, and operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
