We're looking for a dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic Wedding & Event Planning Assistant to join our team

Experience: 6 months to 2 years. (Freelancing on events is also considered).

What You'll Do:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating weddings and events from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and venues to ensure smooth operations.
- Create timelines, floor plans, and design concepts.
- Support setup, breakdown, and on-site event management.
- Maintain planning documents, budgets, and checklists.
- Attend client meetings, rehearsals, and events as needed.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A creative eye with a love for aesthetics and design.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and problem-solve on the spot.
- Experience in events, hospitality, managing logistics, production is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends and occasional evenings.
