We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of weddings and small-scale lifestyle events. This role requires a high degree of organization, creativity, and attention to detail.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from concept to completion. This includes working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, selecting vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and small-scale lifestyle events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional service throughout the event lifecycle.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality delivery.
- 3-5 years experience in event management, with a focus on weddings and small-scale lifestyle events.
- Strong understanding of creative event design, fabrication, and operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
