Job Description

We are seeking a skilled sales manager to oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. This includes using discovery calls to understand stakeholders' priorities and challenges, and then partnering with them to develop strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Guide, coach, and provide performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and effectiveness.
  • Establish and Maintain Key Relationships: Foster strong connections with key stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Analyze and Improve Sales Performance: Track progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Represent the Company: Promote the brand and establish partnerships at conferences and networking functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices, with experience in B2B sales preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to drive sales performance.
