Key Objectives:

  • Formulate a marketing strategy after scrutinizing business priorities.
  • Determine the purpose for selecting the brand for campaign execution.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to execute the campaign effectively.
  • Maintain the expense-to-sale ratio to achieve profitability targets.
  • Enhance market share in the assigned market through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Boost prescriptions and product sales of the brand in the designated market.
  • Monitor competitor's activities to develop further marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for promotional inputs and materials.
  • Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
  • Assess the execution of divisional or brand strategy at the ground level to achieve superior performance compared to competitors.
  • Conduct regular fieldwork (5-6 days/month) to gather insights for future marketing plans.
  • Design training programs for the field force to enhance their skills and motivation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Total 4-6 years of experience in brand management.
