Job Description

This role involves project management, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate should have experience in WSO2 project delivery and be able to define and track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Plan and execute projects while ensuring scope, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Ensure resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate between development, QA, and business teams to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Drive Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies as per project requirements.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain transparent communication on project status, risks, and dependencies.
Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, with experience in team leadership and people management. They should also have expertise in process improvement and quality assurance, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
