Healthcare Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee healthcare operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care. Supervising and improving hospital processes, workflow, and service delivery is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure the hospital adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Development: Oversee nursing/CL3 appointments, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Referral Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors.
  • Community Engagement: Supervise Networking Relationship (NR) and Public Relations (PRO) activities.

Key Skills Competencies:

  • Strategic leadership abilities.
  • Expert knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations.
  • Experience in staff development and process improvement.
  • Effective negotiation skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
  • MBA-Healthcare Management degree or equivalent qualification.
