We are seeking a seasoned healthcare executive to co-lead our hospital consolidation platform. As Co-Chairman, you will oversee the strategic leadership of our network of hospitals in India, driving operational efficiency and clinical excellence.
About the Role- Provide operational governance, clinical oversight, and integration leadership across our hospital network.
- Standardise protocols, optimise performance, and ensure hospitals meet quality, compliance, and efficiency benchmarks.
- 15+ years of experience managing hospitals or healthcare networks.
- Proven operational leadership in multi-site or integrated healthcare settings.
- Strong background in clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks.
- Equity in a cashflow-positive healthcare platform with audited financials and tangible assets.
- Performance-based transaction completion bonuses.
- Opportunity to build India's largest mid-market hospital network.
