Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Team Lead US Healthcare located in Pune. The Operation Team Lead will oversee daily operations activities, manage team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves coordinating with different departments to streamline processes and solve any operational issues that may arise. Additional responsibilities include analytical reporting, people management, and maintaining effective communication channels within the team.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management and People Management skills.
  • Atleast 2 years at team lead level.
  • Worked into end to end RCM domain USA healthcare.
  • Having excellent understanding of client KPIs
  • Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using operational management software
