Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at SPRY PT located in Pune. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, coordinating projects, and ensuring that all team members work towards the company's goals efficiently. Additional tasks include setting clear team goals, organizing workflow, and monitoring team performance metrics. The Team Lead will also provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Experience in project coordination and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to practice management and rehab therapy
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field is beneficial
