Healthcare Operations Expert Leader

**Job Opportunity**
A leadership role as a healthcare operations expert is available to lead the integration of hospital consolidation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead post-acquisition integration across standard operating procedures, human resources, procurement, IT, and administration.
- Mentor chief operating officers and hospital management on operational discipline and margin optimisation.
- Establish quality control protocols for licensing, accreditation, and patient safety.
- Participate in board reviews of diligence and performance post-close.
- Optimise resource utilisation and improve operational efficiency across the platform.
- Develop frameworks aligned to strategic goals and compliance.
Candidate Requirements:**
- 20+ years of experience in hospital operations or clinical leadership with profit and loss responsibility.
- Retired CEO/COO or operations head of a hospital chain or large multispecialty hospital.
- Experience managing 100–500+ beds across multiple facilities in Tier-2/3 cities.
- Familiarity with NABH, licensing, and compliance in Indian healthcare settings.
- Past experience integrating acquisitions or managing change in hospitals.
- Availability for remote work.
