About the Position

We are looking for a creative and environmentally-conscious Graphic Designer to join our team of sustainability activists who drive change behind the scenes. This individual will create visually compelling designs that not only look good but do good, working across a range of sustainable brands in recycling, composting, vegan products, water conservation, carbon reduction, and ethical fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media
  • Craft visual stories that authentically communicate our clients' environmental and social impact
  • Design social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials that inspire climate-positive action
  • Create illustrations, moodboards, and visual assets that align with our climate-forward ethos
  • Transform complex sustainability concepts into accessible, engaging visuals
  • Work collaboratively with our all-women team in a non-hierarchical, inclusive environment
  • Stay current with sustainable design trends and eco-friendly production methods

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches
  • Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact
