Port Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Port Infrastructure Specialist with expertise in the design, construction, and management of port infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of key coastal infrastructure in the region, working on major port projects with expertise in coastal and marine engineering.

  • Breakwater System Design: Lead the design and planning of breakwaters to ensure protection of port infrastructure.
  • Project Management: Oversee port expansion projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Coastal & Marine Engineering: Apply expertise in hydrodynamics, coastal erosion, and sediment transport to optimize breakwater and shoreline protection systems.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with government bodies, environmental agencies, contractors, and consultants to ensure the project's smooth execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Safety & Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines and sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact during construction.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in port development or coastal engineering projects.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing breakwater systems, including knowledge of materials, hydrodynamics, and coastal processes.
  • Ability to manage large teams and collaborate across departments to meet project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in challenging coastal environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.E. (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
  • Coastal Engineering Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working in India or on Indian port development projects.
