Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing procedures, automation scripts, and infrastructure implementations to support SaaS Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to Production Operations teams in the design and implementation of cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Operations team to achieve their goals and deliverables as determined by Leadership.
  • E nsure smooth operations of SaaS products in the cloud.
  • Take ownership of customer implementations, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Automate, enhance, and maintain critical processes in Cloud Operations, such as Change Control, Monitoring & Alerting.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud operations, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux and troubleshooting skills.
  • Scripting experience using Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, helm Charts, Terraform, Ansible, Windows Terminal Services, Active Directory (AD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Desired skills include hands-on experience in cloud technology, strong networking skills, and certifications in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Kubernetes, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
