Landscape Architect

As a landscape architect, you will play a vital role in shaping the environment by designing and developing sustainable landscapes for large-scale projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work on townships, apartment complexes, plotted developments (20+ acres), and lake/riverfront projects.
  • Create and review landscape construction drawings, tender documentation, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, delivering high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation across all stages, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale projects, demonstrating expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge in concept design, visual rendering, and preparing construction drawings, ensuring precision and clarity.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and resources efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity.
