Cloud Architect Position

This role entails designing, guiding customers about their SAP landscape on the SAP RISE platform. The candidate will be responsible for similar tasks to assist SAP customers with their landscape.

The SAP RISE Platform offers all latest SAP technologies with options for customers to select their own hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP). As a team member, you will work closely with the sales/account executives team to understand customer requirements and create their to-be landscape architecture/design.

  • Discuss landscape architecture (setup & build process, dependencies etc.) with Customer leaders & their technical team.
  • Join meetings, answer technical queries from customer teams, and present assessments.
  • Focus on learning new technologies on SAP products (S/4HANA, HANA Database, MDG, SaaS Products, Ariba, Salesforce, etc.) and cloud (AWS, Azure, OR GCP).

You will gain knowledge in the latest technologies with access to all internal training & learning materials. This position also provides exposure to all latest build architectures in one single place/position, which will be valuable/useful in the future.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Bill Of Material Review & Analysis
  • Review the technical accuracy of Bill Of Material to validate that no obsolete version product is selected to build on SAP RISE platform.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Team on Bill Of Material to confirm if selected product and version is available to build.
  • Do technical validation of customer landscape to validate Product version build viability.
Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature
  • Prepare Technical Assessments to discuss with Customer and explain about their to-be landscape.
  • Conduct Technical Assessments with customers.
  • Perform workshops with customer (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews).
Customer Deal Support – Post Signature
  • Support customers with Onboarding Questionnaire (assist customer with questions on onboarding).
  • Answer questions of customer relating to delivery.
  • Provide delivery with key information during sales cycle.

Work Location: Remote (As off now)

Requirements:

6+ years of experience - SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and S/4 HANA skills, Migration/Upgrades & Experience on Any Cloud (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) – Good Communication Skills, who can articulate, Exp in Customer Facing.
