Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, and Direct Connect.
  • Architect complex hybrid-cloud environments that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Migrate on-premise applications to the cloud, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on manufacturing environments.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification is required.
  • Proven experience leading at least one large-scale migration from a traditional data center or hosting provider to AWS.
  • Hands-on expertise with core AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, AWS Backup, and Direct Connect.
  • Expertise in architecting complex hybrid-cloud environments, including on-premise to cloud replication, failover patterns, and advanced networking.
  • Direct experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of production constraints and shop floor systems (MES/SCADA).
Benefits:

  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape for food and pharmaceutical packaging, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and cGMP.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct experience with manufacturing data collection systems like AC4D/Plant Manager and applications like AutoCount.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS IoT services and AWS Bedrock for data analysis.
  • Skills to have: Cloud Architecture, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Hybrid Cloud, Solution Architecture, Cloud Migration, Manufacturing Operations, Radius ERP, AC4D, Load Balancing, AWS Cost Explorer, AWS IoT, AWS Bedrock, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), High Availability, Disaster Recovery.
