ESG Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization in a ESG specialist role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site and remote audits, assessing environmental practices, labor and human rights, health & safety, ethics, and governance across various suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier compliance with international standards and client-specific codes of conduct through rigorous assessments.
  • Perform risk-based evaluations to identify ESG gaps, red flags, and improvement opportunities for suppliers.
  • Review supplier documentation for authenticity and adherence to regulations.
  • Compile detailed audit reports outlining findings, ratings, and corrective action recommendations for each supplier.
Requirements:
  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, social sciences, supply chain management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in conducting supplier audits, ESG assessments, sustainability consulting, or regulatory compliance is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and supply chain dynamics is necessary.
