About this Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious individual to support the development of our ESG and sustainability reporting product. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for BRSR, GHG Accounting, GRI, CDP, and EHS compliance.

This is an ideal opportunity for students or early-career professionals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research & framework analysis
  • Support mapping of ESG standards including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines
  • Assist in tracking regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting

Data & Reporting Support

  • Collaborate with teams to structure ESG data collection and reporting templates
  • Support development of GHG emission (Scope 1, 2, 3) accounting workflows
  • Assist in preparing benchmarking studies and gap assessments

Product Support

  • Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective
  • Support preparation of client-facing documentation and case studies
  • Collaborate with product team to test and validate ESG data workflows

Documentation & Communication

  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and insights on ESG frameworks
  • Support internal knowledge base creation for sustainability compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is a plus
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus
  • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance
