Senior Radar Signal Processing Specialist

As a Senior Radar Signal Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of advanced signal processing algorithms for radar systems.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, integrate, and test radar systems for defense, aerospace, and communication areas.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to enhance the performance and capabilities of radar systems through effective integration.
  • Design and develop complex algorithms and perform in-depth analysis of systems involving signal processing as required in radar systems.
  • Have a thorough understanding of communication type architectures, waveforms, and be able to simulate complex systems.
  • Develop and simulate digital signal processing blocks using MATLAB/SIMULINK tools required for receivers and transmitters.
  • Optimize existing algorithms for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze radar data to validate algorithm performance and ensure accurate results.
  • Utilize simulation tools to model and predict radar system behavior, providing valuable insights for improvement.
  • Integrate signal processing algorithms into radar systems seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure smooth integration and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct thorough tests and evaluations of radar systems to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to signal processing, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Present findings and updates to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts.
  • Explore and propose innovative techniques to improve radar capabilities and stay ahead in the field.
