**Opportunity to Co-Found a Dubai-Based Arbitrage Fund**We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Manager to join us as a 40% Equity Partner in our Dubai-based Exempt Fund. This is not an employee role but a strategic partnership with equity ownership, designed for an individual who can bring both capital and leadership.As a Fund Manager, you will be responsible for leading our arbitrage trading strategy, ensuring risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance, and developing investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.In this unique opportunity, you will have the chance to shape the fund's long-term growth roadmap and work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.
  • Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.
  • Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.
Requirements:
  • Background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations.
  • Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
