Pension Fund Compliance Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable professional to oversee end-to-end pension fund operations for multiple clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pension regulations and experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage pension challan generation processes.
- Handle reconciliation of pension-related accounts and transactions.
- Respond to pension-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform accurate calculation of employee contributions.
- Conduct quality control checks for pension operations.
- Prepare and file statutory reports.
- Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in pension management & payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of pension laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
