Mutual Fund Relationship Manager

About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the mutual fund/AMC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage regional distributors in assigned areas
- Build and nurture relationships with independent financial advisors
- Drive sales of mutual fund products
- Solve service/operational issues and meet high customer satisfaction standards
- Ensure adherence to processes and compliance requirements
Required Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of the mutual fund industry
- Experience in managing institutional sales, retail, banking, and distribution
- Comprehensive knowledge of mutual fund regulations
Preferred Skills:
- Strong motivation driven by targets
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills, customer-focused, and able to coordinate between different teams
- Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
