Job Title: Performance Marketer

A performance marketer at a fast-growing European logistics startup plays a pivotal role in scaling the organization. You will drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will have 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands. Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets is also required.

  • Strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across digital platforms
  • Optimize performance continuously to improve return on investment (ROI) and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting

Responsibilities include collaborating with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and representing performance marketing in leadership discussions and external forums.

A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills is essential. The ideal candidate will be confident in taking ownership – from setting strategy to leading execution – and possess strong communication and leadership skills. They should be comfortable influencing business direction.
