Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Order Management Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our department. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Execute weekly ordering processes, analyze demand and forecast data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), support automation initiatives, and drive business solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, provide expert advice, and support business plans.
  • Training and Development: Support training programs by identifying opportunities, providing guidance, and evaluating effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years' experience in business management, merchandising, Supply Chain in Retail, CPG, or similar industry
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
