Sales Engagement Representative

About the Role:

  • Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and take orders.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.
  • Order Fulfillment: Work closely with operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns or complaints effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer needs are met and encourage repeat business.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities, providing regular updates when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively reach out to customers via phone calls to understand their needs, preferences, and take orders.
  2. Maintain and nurture relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to maximize customer value.
