Role Description – Part-Time Remote Sales Representative (Commission-Based)
This is a remote, part-time, commission-based role for a Sales Representative at MediGrowth. The primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential clients, build strong relationships, showcase our digital services, and close sales.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
Scheduling virtual meetings and calls with prospects
Delivering online presentations and service demonstrations
Building client trust and maintaining ongoing relationships
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Meeting weekly/monthly sales targets
Growth Opportunity: This role starts as commission-only. If you consistently achieve set sales milestones within a given period, you will be offered a full-time paid position with additional benefits.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
Ability to build lasting Client Relationships
Excellent Presentation and Virtual Communication skills
Understanding of Digital Marketing & Advertising services
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Strong organizational and time-management skills for remote work
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred (not mandatory)
Prior sales experience in healthcare or digital marketing is a plus
