Operations Leadership Opportunity

Ambitious and results-driven leader sought to spearhead operations across various cohorts/cities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, production, and internal stakeholders.

  • Owning the end-to-end customer journey from project booking to handover, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Serving as the highest point of escalation for your region, resolving customer issues within committed ETAs and ensuring projects are completed on a positive note.
  • Forging strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including installer, vendor, category, and product teams, to facilitate swift issue resolution and empower team members to solve problems effectively.
  • Empowering and growing a talented team by hiring top performers and fostering a culture of standardized processes, SOPs, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Driving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker Resolution of Customer Escalations.

Requirements:


  • Preferred: NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools
  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a structured thought process
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships
