Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and ship solutions that automate workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems, and solve real business problems quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain custom agents for internal and client workflows; integrate with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources.
  • Build secure, supportable solutions (Apps/Automate/Pages) with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.
  • Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes; instrument and tune performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value; document patterns for reuse and handover.
  • Operate within governance expectations for solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform expertise, scripting for integrations, and business partnering. A certification in Power Platform certifications is a plus. The successful candidate will work within the company's governance framework.

Requirements:
  • Copilot Studio: designs and deploys agents; prompt engineering; integrates with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint; understands agent performance metrics.
  • Power Platform expertise: hands-on Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages; builds custom connectors; integrates REST APIs/Azure services into solutions.
  • Scripting for integrations: able to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.
  • Business partnering: translates business requirements into scalable solutions; collaborates across functions; problem-solves and optimises flows.
