Artificial Intelligence Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled AI developer to lead the development of core intelligence systems.

This role requires expertise in information retrieval, scalable backend architecture, and generative AI technology.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Design and implement semantic search pipelines, graph-based retrieval, and agentic systems.
  • Develop and deploy scalable APIs and services capable of handling high concurrent requests.
  • Architect and implement vector databases and embedding-based retrieval systems.
  • Work on integrating GenAI technologies including prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
  • Set up full-stack search engines from scratch that can handle real-world workloads.
  • Contribute directly to infrastructure making cutting-edge science more efficient.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Strong background in semantic search, vector databases, LLM frameworks, and agent-based systems.
  • Proficient in Python for backend development and building scalable APIs.
  • Past experience deploying systems at scale, including search engines and retrieval pipelines.
  • Ability to design infrastructure serving high concurrent requests.
  • Experience setting up and hosting APIs while balancing speed, cost, and reliability.
  • A research-driven and pragmatic mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
