Job Title: Zonal Training Manager

A senior professional sought after to spearhead training initiatives in the sales division.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and visionary Training Manager to oversee all aspects of sales training across various departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough needs assessments for the sales team, working closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and deliver tailored training programs that equip the sales force with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.
  3. Create a comprehensive annual training plan, aligning it with the organization's strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
  5. Maintain up-to-date training materials, reflecting market trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
  6. Organize investor awareness programs, promoting financial literacy and product understanding in line with SEBI norms.
  7. Support non-training initiatives such as new product launches, market updates, and regulatory change communications.

Requirements:

  • A winning mindset and commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, or full-time MBA.
  • 8+ years of experience, with prior training experience not mandatory; candidates with sales experience and a good understanding of the mutual funds industry can apply.
  • NISM VA certification is desirable (can be obtained before joining).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, willingness to travel and engage with clients.
  • Relevant training and TTT certification would be an added advantage.
  • Stay updated on market news and mutual fund industry trends.
