Job Title: Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Drive business growth through effective collaboration with key stakeholders, including SDMs, UM, AM, and BDMs.
  • Provide leadership to the entire Circle team by communicating vision and objectives clearly, emphasizing proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Support Career FLS/BLs in achieving business goals and maximizing productivity by offering superior channel understanding, product and sales skills, and strategic advice on the local market.
  • Coach and mentor team members in the field during important sales calls.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify action steps for improvement.
  • Identify skill gaps, create developmental plans, and ensure their implementation via trainings and other relevant activities.
  • Collaborate with Circle Manager and Associate Circle Heads to achieve individual performance goals.
  • Oversee training certifications for SDMs reporting to Circle Managers within 6 months.
  • Instill a strong sense of organizational values within the team, ensuring business ethics and integrity within the Circle.
  • Maximize sales productivity of the Circle while achieving required monthly and annual sales targets, building a healthy agency distribution base.
  • Monitor and review performance against plan, making necessary course corrections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in insurance agencies or direct channels, with at least 2-3 years of experience in team handling in agency channels.
  • Strong track record and excellent leadership skills.
