Our expertise lies in structuring fundraising rounds, valuations, and creating investor collateral such as pitch decks, financial models, projections, and business plans. We also facilitate access to a global network of investors, including Angels, HNIs, Family offices, Venture capital, Private Equity, Hedge funds, Funds of funds, Banks, LPs, and more.

With our SaaS managed services, we empower entrepreneurs to focus on their core business while we build a pipeline of investors for their raise. Our solution is sector, stage, and geography agnostic, making us a viable option for businesses across various industries and geographies.

Our goal is to make the process of finding the right investment partner efficient and effective. We achieve this by building a funnel of interested investors and providing a cost-effective solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a front-end plus backend role to ensure the success of customers using Marquee Equity's services
  • Manage Marquee Equity's relationships with clients on an ongoing basis
  • Create deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies
  • Advise and consult clients by structuring their funding rounds in light of current market conditions & suitable investor needs
  • Ensure quality services are delivered to the client
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple deals together

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience is preferred
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred
  • Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/Venture capital industry is a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English required
