The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They will also be proficient in navigating tax software and confident in handling tax-related documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive U.S. individual and business tax returns.
  • Analyze year-over-year data to identify missing information or documents.
  • Manage the entire tax preparation process from document collection to client signatures.
  • Collaborate closely with owners to ensure timely and precise completion of returns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • IRS Enrolled Agent status or pursuing it.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience preparing U.S. individual tax returns.
  • Proficiency in navigating tax software and confidently handling tax-related documents.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, combined with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
