About this role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Transaction Management: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Working closely with various functional areas to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Vendor Relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth payment processes.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with financial transactions.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures to prevent any regulatory issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on financial performance.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance: A degree in accounting and/or finance is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
  • Financial Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of financial experience is required.
  • Procure-to-Pay Experience: Previous experience in procure-to-pay or accounts payable is preferred.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, ARIBA, SRM, Concur, and VIM is required.
