
Sales and Business Development Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Support Associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote position with excellent growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from support tickets and wholesale customers.
- Manage and run crowdfunding campaigns efficiently.
- Carry out sales and support tasks as directed by management.
- Ensure consistent, detail-oriented communication and follow-through on all customer interactions.
- Assist the Publisher in avoiding obstacles to productivity and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Quick Books Online for accurate financial management.
- Expertise in Google Suite for seamless collaboration and organization.
- Experience with Teamwork.com for effective project management.
- Adobe Acrobat Sign for secure document signing.
- Adobe Creative Cloud for creative visual content creation.
- Inventory management tools (SKU Vault) for efficient inventory tracking.
- Shipstation for streamlined shipping and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales or customer support roles.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Resilient, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Experience with customer-facing communication across multiple channels.
