Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients from provided leads and directories. Your goal will be to engage in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth individuals (HNI/UHNI) and clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact prospective clients from provided leads and directories.
  • Engage in polished, professional conversations with HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings.
  • Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our sales team.
  • Maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of both Hindi and English – verbal and written.
  • A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.
