Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Leader to spearhead our procurement function and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Developing Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
- Strategic Procurement: Drive bulk buying and project-based procurement for long lead items and engineered bought-outs, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules across multiple sites and units.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Develop a reliable vendor base by evaluating and onboarding new vendors with technical and commercial screening, ensuring procurement records, approvals, and documentation are accurate and audit-ready.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
