Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the costs associated with our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in procurement and a strong background in construction management. Your analytical mind and excellent communication skills will enable you to work effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine project scope in line with design specifications.
  • Validate technical specifications received from the design team.
  • Optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements.
  • Validate BOQs and backup workings.
  • Presentation of BOQs and solutions to management for approval.
  • Checking of RA bills and final bills.
  • Preparation of amendments.
  • Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix.
  • Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions.
  • Exploring new products and obtaining approvals.
  • Proposing optimization options in budgets.
  • Completion of budget requirements within the given TAT without delays.
  • Preparation of reports on cost analysis of projects as per management requirements.
