Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the procurement office to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to group policies.
  • Work closely with vendors and clients to facilitate procurement operations across various locations and geographies.
  • Contribute to process improvements through defined SLA-based operations and regular vendor assessments.
  • Process invoices, handle payment queries, and rectify discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a similar role within the procure-to-pay function, preferably in IT procurement.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working experience in vendor management and basic accounting practices.
