About the Job

  • We are seeking an electrical procurement specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing of electrical products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Position: Electrical Procurement Specialist

The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management, negotiation, and technical understanding of electrical materials.

We require the following skills:

  • Identifying and evaluating vendors for electrical products (cables, switchgears, panels, etc.).
  • Floating RFQs, preparing price comparison sheets, and negotiating for the best pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Reviewing and interpreting SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to ensure purchases align with project needs.
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records (quotations, POs, payments, approvals).
  • Ensuring compliance with company procurement guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2–3 years of procurement experience in an electrical trading company.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Purchasing Management: Identify and evaluate vendors for electrical products.
  2. Negotiation: Float RFQs, prepare price comparison sheets, and negotiate for the best pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
  3. Procurement Records: Maintain accurate procurement records (quotations, POs, payments, approvals).
