Job Description

As an experienced Technical Support/Presales engineer, you will work closely with our team to deliver technical demonstrations to customers worldwide.

You will ensure that customer expectations are met within committed timeframes while helping existing customers resolve outstanding issues through support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements
  • Creation of technical documents and articles for team and customer use
  • Delivering technical demonstrations to customers across the globe

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) in relevant area
  • Minimum 2-4 years software customer service and support experience
  • Administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and Cloud platforms
  • Microsoft Certification preferred
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written, and presentation skills required
