Job Description

Account Delivery Head Job Overview:

This role is responsible for managing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs) with Vendor Account Managers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 years of experience in contact center operations, strong B2C/B2B sales experience, digital marketing ads sales experience, dynamic leadership skills, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs set out in SOWs.
  • Promptly identify and resolve service delivery issues, including implementation of preventative measures, during transition management phases.
  • Establish necessary infrastructure to perform services, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.
  • Provide exceptional people and process management, mentorship, and career development to team members, aiming for low attrition levels and high employee engagement.
  • Drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.
  • Flag and escalate business risks timely to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of experience in contact center operations.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience.
  • Dynamic leadership skills, with experience in managing large, diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A University Graduate or above.
  • At least 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members.
