Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and event partners for the smooth execution of educational programs.
  • Manage event logistics including bookings, arrangements, and vendor negotiations.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support internal teams by coordinating workflow and resolving operational issues.
  • Track expenses, prepare basic reports, and support budgeting for events.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
