Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated
Backend Operations Executive – Export Documentation
with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and able to manage export documentation processes effectively to ensure smooth shipments and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage all export-related documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams for timely documentation and dispatches.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reference.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders in English (verbal & written).
  • Support backend operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or backend export operations.
  • Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of shipping, customs, and international trade documentation.
  • Ability to work in the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
