Travel Security Specialist Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating international travel security and risk mitigation projects. You will identify risks, manage incidents, and create standard operating procedures to ensure the highest level of safety.

The company provides security solutions to Fortune 500 organizations and their employees. We offer executive protection, secure transportation, and emergency support during crises such as natural disasters, terrorist attacks, or political changes.

As a Travel Security Specialist, you will oversee and control all ongoing missions, taking responsibility for their preparation. This requires a strong logistical understanding, excellent communication skills, and good client orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel operations and risk mitigation projects
  • Communicate with teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Understand, compile, and follow security procedures
  • Document mission activities and update work management software
  • Create intra-shift briefs and exchange operational information
  • Conduct situation briefings internally and externally
  • Participate in training sessions and exercises to maintain GSOC proficiency
  • Conduct research and screen major events affecting client interests
  • Conduct after-action debriefs to identify best practices

Work Hours:

  • Rotating schedule with 2 weekly offs per week
  • Shifts include morning, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays due to 24/7 operation
