Job Title: Senior Placement Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Deputy Director-Placements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple store departments in various locations within the university and hospital.

The successful candidate will have a strong industry connection with private sector companies, startups, recruitment firms, and HR consultants. They should also be well-connected with industry associations, forums, and industry captains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Placement Support: Developing and maintaining relationships with industries, preparing students for placements, and ensuring timely placement of students
  • Training Support: Organizing skill lab orientation programs, enrolling students in the career service tech platform, and conducting training programs at academic institutions

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is desirable. You should also have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in corporate placements in the NCR region.
